Why we started LM

LM is a subscription-based parenting support platform designed to provide new and expecting parents with continuous access to trusted healthcare professionals. Through one private, ongoing conversation, families can connect with a dedicated panel of paediatricians, lactation specialists, gynaecologists, and other experts who are there to guide them through every stage of their parenting journey.

We started LM because we saw the same story unfold time and again. Parents would leave a short doctor's appointment feeling relieved about one concern but carrying home ten new questions. As new situations arose, they often found themselves searching online, scrolling through social media, or reading conflicting advice on forums. Instead of finding reassurance, they were left feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, and alone.

We believed there had to be a better way.

Parenting isn't limited to scheduled appointments. Questions arise during late-night feeds, while introducing solids, during postpartum recovery, when a fever appears unexpectedly, or when parents simply need reassurance that they're doing the right thing.
